Tata Sky — Delay in installation and false assurance of immediately resolving d issues | |||||
I have been trying to get a new connection of tata sky DTH since 2 days. Each time i call upon customer care..i am assured of quick redressal and service engineer wud conyact me within 2 hours. But its been more dan 24 hrs and m fed up. The company's claim of installation within 24 hrs is false and shud be penalised for the same. Moreover the senior executive Ms Meena ..who Ii spoke to.. lacks mannerism to talk to a customer and disconnected the call before completion of discussion. The professionalism of Tata sky is questionable and such ignorance towards consumer is condemned. Tata sky management shud look into d matter n book the culprits .
