Tata Sky — Demand of illegal charges

I have a connection multi tv from tatasky, with id [protected], i had purchased annual subscription from tatasky. there are four connection now they are saying that i should recharge for one connection on monthly basis and rest three connections are on annual basis, how is it possible as i had paid for annual subscription for all the four tvs as per demand raised by tatasky. i think as per my experience with tatasky cust.care it is worst cust.care in world. they never try to understand customer problem
