Tata Sky — Demanding extra rupees in each step to continue the connection and not getting hustle free connection

My house owner recommended me to use Tata Sky and she informed me to reuse her Tata Sky connection which she wasn't use for more than a year. So
I called local Service Provider people, they came and reconnect the Tata Sky connection to my TV. But the signal was not coming and they took rs. 420/-
from us informing that this was for the recharge your pack and for some extra cable wire which was required. After an hour later, two technicians from Tata Sky came and they informed us that we need to move the dish antenna to some other place. Next they I called for moving the dish and they informed me that it would take rs.500/-. They also informed me it would be better if you take a new connection then you can reuse that connection from any other places when you shift from that place. so I agreed, they also told me as you have already paid rs. 420/-, therefore for new connection you need to only pay rs 1650/- plus we will provide one month free connection. Next day my local service provider came to my home and took rs. 1650/- for new installation, I informed him to send technicians before 12 pm as I would not be at home after that. But they didn't came but that called me at 12:30 pm and I cancelled the installation as I was not at home and told them to come next day before 12 pm. He told me to call next day. Next day I called that engineer but he informed me it was his off day so I will provide you another technician's number but I did not received it till now. I called my local Service provider but every time he said he will send them before 12 pm but they didn't come. They called me and told me I took an appointment with them after 12 pm but I could not remember when I took that appointment. Anyway, they came to my home at 1:30 pm and my mother was there so they started working. I had a telephonic conversation with him but he never informed me about the package which he recharge for my connection, he only informed me extra 10 meter cable wire was needed for my connection so I had to pay extra rs. 100/- and informed me to contact my local service provider.I was not in Kolkata for 2 days so I could not connect to my local service provider. And for 2 days later, I started to receive a message that your connection is valid till 7th June, 2016 please recharge your account soon. I called to Tata Sky and informed them everything, they told me that for extra cable wire we have deducted rs 100/- from your account so your account had rs. 150/-balance but your package is rs. 270/-, that's why you were receiving that message. Then I contacted to my local service provider and he told me that I had a discussion with Tata Sky people, your connection will not be terminated. He also told me to come tomorrow and pay rs. 100/- for extra cable. I returned home and check that my connection was terminated. today I called my local Service provider and he does not have any valid answer for that. When I went to his shop, he informed me Tata sky has recharge your account with rs.100/-, therefore you will not get to see all the channels which you were able to see previously. and I paid rs. 100/-. Therefore to get new connection I had to pay total(420+1650+100)=rs 2170/-. Also the harassment I have faced to get the connection was unbearable. The money which I spent is not a big deal, but the behavior of the people to whom I was speaking to was so bad I felt insulted. I will never recommend any of my friends/relatives to use Tata Sky. I never want that they will also go through the same experience.

Do the needful action to get the rs. 270/- package back without paying extra money for this month.
