Tata Sky — digicard is coming unpaired

It is showing as this is wrong card for this set top box (pairing error) pls solve this issue as soon as possible cuz v aren't able to contact to tatasky help service as they r taking the chargers telling to wait for 10 minutes its been so many days i am trying to contact pls do the needful as soon as possible thankyou..
