Tata Sky — Digital box faulty | |||
Whomsoever it is concerned I am one of your tata sky customer with account no. [protected]. V i like to draw your attention on behavior of your service engineers and technical support who visited at my place after registering my complaint. (Q8ge8lm) My digital box is not working from 72 hrs even after i am still in warranty period. 4 days has been gone and still there is no any resolution provided to me yet. Moreover your engineers behaved very rudely and arrogantly with me like they don’t need any cust. Even if they loses. Saying “material not available ”” is this a way to represent your service to your customer whose don’t have any fault?? Was this information helpful? | |||
