I raised request to Tata Sky on 02 Jul 16 & Mech visited on 03 Jul 16 & replaced St Up box and fitted OLD DISC BELONGS TO ME ONLY. Question of fitting new Disc does not arise. There may be lapse in the part of Tata Sky Rep of Bhubaneswar or may be with Tata Sky Main Office.disconnecting service without intimation is only to harass customer.
