Tata Sky — Disturbance of channels 500+

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Tatasky ID is [protected]. I am your old customer having 1+2 HD tatasky connections.I have been repeatedly complaining that the signals are very poor as the dish is small. Your complaint attendants say that signal will not improve even with a bigger dash.The result is that there is lot of disturbance of channels 500+ like Times Now which is my favorite channel. What is the fun of continuing with Tata Sky? Please do the needful at your earliest so that I do not opt for other service provider.
