Tata Sky — Double charge for delivering us broken remote | |||||
Our remote was broken, we asked for exchange Tata sky has delivered us a broken remote, when we asked to exchange again then they said they will charge twice the amount its means = 2 times(remote deliver twice so two times cost added even broken remote they had deliver that also charge they have added) + 2 times person visit. It is highly annoying and disappointing matter, how the service is causing hamper to us. Even no one from them even tried to resolve the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
