I have recharge my Tata sky service worth Rs. 230 on[protected]. But, the payment has been made double @ Rs. 230 for 2 times which may be due to disturbance in network problem at the time of online payment. The Recharge of Rs. 230 has been made against ID No. [protected] on 25/11/2014. I, therefore requesting for refund of the additional recharge of Rs. 230.
