[Resolved] Tata Sky — Drop package [Active English & Active Music] | |||
I requested to drop Active English Pack on[protected] to customer care executive and I was asked to call on[protected] [which was payment due date for recharge]. When I again requested on[protected], I was shocked to know that ACTIVE MUSIC Pack has also been added INSTEAD OF dropping Active English without my consent. Now today is my payment due date and customer care executive is asking to call again on next recharge date, till then I wll have to pay for these TWO PACKAGES, which I don't want to continue from today, i.e.,[protected] [Today is recharge due date]. Please drop these two packages from today positively.
