Tata Sky — Dropping the package | |||
My tatasky id is [protected]. I deactivated the HD access fee from my account, but without consulting me they activated it for 3 months @99pm and i stopped recharging my account. After that i requested them through their online chat for deactivation of hd access fee. They advised me to recharge to enable them to deactivate my request. As per their advice, i recharged my account for one day but they didn't process my request. Again now my account is inactive, again when i consult them to deactivate hd access fee from my account again they are saying that please recharge ur account. They didn't do my request when my account is active and even they are not allowing me to modify the package through online. Was this information helpful? | |||
