Tata Sky DTH — Charging customers with lame charges | |||||
Of late, I lodged a complaint to tatasky that some of the channels are not coming in my tv though I paid for them. I called them up on their helpline number. They were unable to answer the call and hence I left a note on their machine to give a call back (they give this option). Since I did not receive a call after 5-6 days, I called them on 27th May, 2016 and asked them to resolve the issue. The Tata Sky executive suggested some steps online even after which the channels were not to be seen. I asked him to send the technician on the condition that i will not be charged as it is a fault from Tata Sky end. He agreed and arranged a technician visit. The technician visited and fixed it in a second. Apparently he changed the same settings as the Tata Sky executive suggested in phone. Yes! The steps provided on the phone were "INCORRECT". As soon as the technician left, I got a message on my TV, that Rs.200 were deducted from my account towards this visit. I called the Tata Sky helpline number to ask for a justification. They were unable to answer and told me that a resolution would be provided by 1st June. Yes no calls from them. We followed up, Not once, twice, thrice.. Sadly we have not been provided a solution to this issue yet. I wish to complaint against Tata Sky for Cheating & Fraud and mental harassment. I hope strict action will b taken against them!
