[Resolved] Tata Sky — DTH connection ID [protected] | |||
i am paying Rs 125 for HD channels.I complained to them about a week back that I am not receiving proper signal.They promised the issue will be resolved immediately. But till now the service is very poor.The sound quality is awful and breaks.The picture quality is also poor. 2. I have multi TV connection .This is also not working properly.I displays message that you have to recharge the amount. I had paid Rs 700 on 25 OCtober 14 and my payment is due only on 23/11/2014 as per A/C status on home page of Tata Sky. 3. My complaint was not registerd and no confirmation message sent to me. 4.Pl help me in getting proper connection service on my prescribed TV channels.
