Subscriber ID: [protected] While renewing my "Annual Mega Pack" on 25th July 2016, there was an offer from Tatasky to select "coupon" of the same amount. Somehow, I could not select "coupon" but I made the payment of Rs 9330. Then I requested customer care (through website followed by telephone) for allowing me to re-select the coupon on which they showed "deaf ear". On second call, the I requested to raise the matter to senior level which was found to be horrible. He not only refused to allow me for coupon, but disconnected my 6 years continuous connection of Annual Mega pack and changed to "Dhamal Mix" without my asking for any change. This is the service being offered by Tatasky to their premium customer who has more than 6 year old of business relationship. Can I expect some thing from Tata sky top brass to avoid such practices and cooperate with the customer. I did not ask any extra-favour but the option to re-select the coupon which was offered by company. Providing service is not a 9AM -5PM job and executives dealing directly with customer should understand the pain of customer and should resolve rather than showing the rules; even the cabinet's decision is sometimes reversed. regards Sushil Chandra Was this information helpful? | |||||

Tatasky has grown over years to a large company in to a "Stuborn Corporate" where they can afford to harass trapped customers.
