[Resolved] Tata Sky — dth problem | |||
Dear sir I am calling to your comapny for last one month for problem in network. The engineer visited two times but still problem not resolved. We have made payment of rs 400 for chanhe of set off box and before it rs 150 of engineer visit. Still we are facing problem and will have to replace tata sky. When we call on customer care they do formality and send engineer and then engineer demand charges every time but pronlem is not being solved. Was this information helpful? | |||
