[Resolved] Tata Sky — DTH service not available. No signals | |||
Dear Tatasky executive, I would like to bring to your notice that on 5th November 2014 I registered a complain of no DTH service. Complain number assign to me was FJ3BJ5L. The tatasky technician was suppose to visit my place to attend the DTH service problem. He did not turn up yesterday and to my surprise I received an SMS on registered mobile number that the problem has been attended. Every time I call on customer care number [protected] to register my grievances, I get a response that the complain cannot be registered as the system is being upgraded. I am sorry to say that it was not expected from such a reputed company of Tata group.
