[Resolved] Tata Sky — DTH services.....deficiency in services and customers harassment | |||||
Tatasky services were not available and a complaint was lodged on 03.07.2017 on tatasky helpline. So far it is not resolved. Customer care executive called at least twice a day assuring of sending technician and resolving problem of replacing setuo box but all proved a misguiding strategy to frustrate and harass the customer. Customers are kept waiting for arrival of technician. Not only that service provider charge for all days when services were not available. This is arbitraryness on part pf Tatasky. There should be some mechanism to address all these issues as tatasky is not genuine issue resolver. Was this information helpful? | |||||
