Tata Sky Dth Services — Poor service | |||||
I have 3 tatasky DTH connections. Out of three I am not able to view for Sub ID [protected]. I have logged complaint with Tatasky call centre. the complaint no is WO#MUG3AYL. The date of complaint is 13.02.2016. One person visits from tatasky & say your set top box needs replacement. Someone would come to replace it within 2-3 hours. Next day at the fag end of the day, another person wants to visit for recheck. as if he doesn't know about problem. They keep on sending the message that your complaint is on Hold. I have tired of following up with them for past 5 days. Every time I call, the first thing they do is tell that you are in Q. Then they say that all our customer service executives are busy. Then they say it will take your waiting time is say 6 minutes. If you continue to hold (you do not have option) then after 10 minutes they will say your waiting time is 6 minutes. Highly ridiculous. Then they will say we will call you in 2 hours & they do not call. When followed again they will say your complaint is on HOLD. The complaint is still pending & no sign of resolution. I think they are not replacing because it was under warranty & has to be replaced free of cost. Then they will say the set top box is not in stock. God save Tata Sky DTH services. I'm sure that tatasky will not check any of your complaint.. You can open as many requests as you want ..I raise a ticket almost daily now as they close it without checking with me ...Everytime you get a call from someone from tatasky be ready to check the ticket status after that ..you will see the magic, ticket would be closed even though you would have said it is not working...
SR[protected], SR[protected] and SR[protected] closed without checking with me...I have raised another ticket this morning...
