Tata Sky DTH — Third Class Service by Tata Sky | |||
Tata Sky consumer no. [protected]. Due to heavy rain and ghastly wind on 31st May 2015 my Dish at the Apartment Terrace got broken and this was complained to Customer care on 1st June 2015 vide SR NO.[protected]. There was an immediate acknowledgement for this complaint which informed that, Tata Sky will get back to me in next 24 hrs. But, no one turned up even after 3 days which made me to call Customer care on 3rd June 2015. As usual in the Indian Style of functioning, the customer care representative said Sorry for the Inconvenience and said the complaint will be attended on 4th June. Mean time, the complaint which was raised on 1st June 2015 was closed by Tata Sky on 3rd June 2015, without even seeing / visiting by anyone ! But, a person who was suppose to visit on 4th June visited on 5th June and said “ A New Dish will have to be installed as the present Dish is completely broken”. Since he did not carry a new dish, he said he will bring it in the afternoon the same day. From 5th to 13th June no one turned up to install a New Dish and had made calls to Customer care everyday which was of no use. Finally on 13th June two fellows turned up to install a new Dish and they Struggled for more than one hour to install. But, after the Installation, there was interruption in the signal and these Guys said, the Dish place has to be changed as it is facing a Tree. As he was in a hurry to attend other complaint, he left immediately informing that, he will come and change the Dish place on 15th June. Between 15th June to 24th June I have contacted Customer care again for the No Signal issue and till now no one has attended the issue. 1. The attitude of Tata Sky is very clear with these incidents – Tata sky is not for service. 2. It is very evident that, Tata Sky is just not bothered about this kind of complaints as it is facing server man power issue. 3. One has to wait hours to speak to a customer care representative which is sheer non sense. 4. The Chatting Service and the Help service are totally hopeless and should not be called Customer care service. 5. Other than the Acknowledgement, no reply is being given by Help service for any complaints or emails queries. 6. When Tata Sky is charging for service on every day basis, complaints should have been attended within 24 hrs. 7. When a recharge is delayed by Subscriber, a penalty is being imposed. Tata Sky also should pay penalty for its inefficiency for not attending the complaints within 24 hrs. In total, it is a third class service from Tata Sky and is not capable of providing a World Class Service. Recently, Tata Sky upgraded their system .Instead of this, it should have refurbished their working system better service. Was this information helpful? | |||
