Tata Sky — extra charges

i ravi gupta having id [protected] paid 6190 before 31st may 2015 as required by tatasky for renewal of my existing package for one main and one multi tv as they sent mail for adding offer for payment of 3990+2200 before 31st may.later they sent to pay 5170+2200 before 7th june. but now they are saying to pay 2530 for multi channel instead of 2200 though they gave me date of 7th june for renewal of the package please resolve it immediately i have paid the full amount of 6190 as required by tata sky for continuing existing package within 31st may ravi gupta
