Tata Sky — Extra charges received,

My A/C no [protected], last two days my package is not wivewd, then i am not activate vedic maths pack but he is charged RS 3/day, I am contact with tatasky peoples several times but with out response. Please solve this two problems immediatly. Thank you, D.Ravi.
