[Resolved] Tata Sky — Extreme delay in installation of tata sky after issuing tata sky ID [protected] | |||
I have been using Tata sky since 2006. Me and one of my friend staying together since then and had one single tata sky disc connection but two set top boxes, one for me and another for him. The original account was in his name and obviously his mobile no was registered in tata sky. Both o[censored]s are government employee and presently I have shifted my quarter, which is very near to previous one in the same campus (just about 50 meter distance). I have shifted my house on 20th of July since than I have been trying to get new tata sky connection with a new disc but keeping my same set top box. (relocation of one set top box with a new ID). For that I have been trying to contact Tata sky customer care and tried to talk to local customer care here in Shillong, Meghalaya. But to my utter surprise, I could only able to contact tatasky help line over phone on 27 th of July and my request was attended over phone (Jarkhand call center) and I was advised to pay Rs 825/ in the nearest tatasky franchise billing shop. I did the same immediately and received a sms over my phone at around 7.36 pm, on 27th July 2014 from AM-MYTSKY my sms from Tatasky read as " Your Tata Sky subscriber ID [protected] has been recharged with Rs.825. Installation details will follow. To get details about monthly charges, current balance, due date & packs on your accoun, give a missed call on [protected] from your registered number " Immediately I gave a miss call to the above mentioned number. Subsequently I received another sms in my mobile on July 28th Monday at 07.02 pm stating " Thank you for contacting Tata Sky .Currently your account is deactive. We will call you back Shortly & address your package related queries" Since than I had made enumerable number of calls to tata sky help line for fix my disc as i got the tata sky ID and paid for it. I got two three calls form Hyderabad, Ranchi. and Maharastra call center . Every time I need to explain them my story and after listening my side very patiently I received assurance that my problem will resolve within 24 hours. But nothing had happened I filled three complain in " help @ tatasky .com " and got service request number for my future reference. My Service Request numbers are ( 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] ) in three different occasion for same complain. Inspite of all these request my tatasky is not being connected. Over and above, my other colleague with home i had the tata sky connection also talked to the customer care center for installation of my disk from his registered mobile number. He also got the same assurance of 24 hours period for connection. I got a call from Hyderabad Tata sky call center on 12 th Aug at around 11 o clock and the fellow apologies for in convenience caused to me for so long and assured me that it will resolved within 2 to three hours and assured me thta local tatasky person from shillong, Meghalaya will contact me and do the needful. I got a call from the local Shillong Tata sky person (Ph. No : [protected]) at 3.54 pm. This person was very irritating and does not have any courtesy to listen to me. He told me straight way that he can try for 13th Aug. if possible. When he heard my problem that I have been suffering for so long for a simple connection his reply was that " It is not his problem" it is the problem of Tata Sky and he is a franchise partner and he is not responsible for that. Mean while I received another sms from BP-MyTsky stating " Thankyou for Choosing Tata Sky. Your subscriber ID is [protected]. For any help call our helpline no,[protected]which is a number from Guwahati) I also received another sms stating " Greeting from Tata Sky. Your work order reference number is EIM0LX. you will be received a call from us within 24 hrs " This sms was on 13th Aug, 03.01 Pm. Meanwhile I have called the local, Shillong Tata Sky person on mobile number +91 [protected]. He again told he will try and my connection may be complete by today i.e evening of 13 Aug. When nobody turned up or called me I my self called the same local number i.e +91 [protected] but this time after hearing my voice he started becoming rude and disconnect my call halfway. From 27th July 2014 after i got my Tata sky ID ([protected]) I have been trying hard to get my tata sky disc installation & today is 18 day...who is accountable for that ? Are all company people are frauds ? Is there any honesty left behind in our work ?? and who is responsible for loss of my valuable time ? Was this information helpful? | |||
