Dear Sir/Madam,
Most humbly and Respectfully, I wish to inform you that on
my Tata sky subscriber id [protected]. I am frequently facing Picture frizzing
problem, poor/dull picture quality, indicator issue in set top box, low signal
and strength quality also from more that 15 days and from 20 June, 2014 facing
screen blue issue and still persisting. I am unable to watch television from 20
June, 2014. Few Tata sky work order number is - DS0DQ99, DETOPB3, DLSIOLW, and
DMLPE6N.
On the other hand I also want to draw your kind attention
towards Tata sky Installer Behavior and service center manager behavior with
me. On 22 Jan, 2013 Tata sky service
center manager behaved very cheaply and giving me threatening at that time in
bad manners. On 1st Feb, 2014 Tata sky disconnected my connection
without any notification for 2-3 days. On 26 Feb, 2014 your installer named
Ganesh Baraik behaved rudely and says abusive language to me. On dated 11 June,
2014 Tata sky installer named Gauri Shankar told me that we simply rectified
your issue but you have informed higher authority of Tata sky. On 1st
Feb, 2014 Tata sky disconnected my connection without any notification for 3
days. Regarding all these issue I have also informed timely to Tata sky service
In-charge named (Mr.Janardan) in Ranch, Jharkhand but no improvement and as it
is still persist.
On 19 June, 2014 I got a call at Tata sky end from [protected]
and told me that we will charge Rs.150 for visit and your set box will not
covered warranty but sir my Tata sky connection is in annual service commitment
and on Tata sky official site very clearly mentioned that set top box will
cover in ASC and no visit charges also. This is clearly showing that Tata sky
is not following his policy and making full to public.
These all clearly showing that how Tata sky services is
extremely cheap and worst. Field executive officer of Tata sky behavior is
worst whose name is mentioned above.
In India
why these branded company is doing/behaving in bad manners with customer?
Because one is only a common man who is using his company product. Shame on such
type of brand. Consumer has also got some rights in constitution of India to fight
against them.
Therefore, I kindly request you to take extremely against
M/s Tata Sky Ltd. and provide me compensation of Rs.1500 for all such activates
which happened with me and refund of Tata sky connection including
