Tata Sky — Facing issue from more than 1 week not getting signal

Facing issue from more than 1 week not getting signal on
set top box.And not getting proper respose from tata sky
end.
This issue faced each time whenever compliants registerd.
Complaints cancelled by tata sky end without taking confirmation from my side..

Very poor service and not getting proper solution...
Visitor engineer also not supportive..

My Tata Sky ID NO [protected] not functioning since 02/05/2016 so do the needful at your earliest.Your helpline customer number is also not responding well.If I donot get it in order till 04/05/2016 I Will switch over to other service provider.

No Signal from last 15 days

No signal problem from last 15 days, every hour giving the complaint, giving miss call the number which they are given calling to customer care but no use at all, please help me on this to whom I need to contact on this.

TV signals poor

Channel signals are very poor, hence, we are not able to view the channels properly. As such I request to set right the same immediately. Since, we are not able to watch the TV properly from last 3days. This may please be treated as MOST URGENT

Regular disturbance on HD channels

Ever since I opted for added HD channel, there is disturbance in relay of channel and particularly in monsoon ?what is the remedy otherwise what is the point of paying additional /extra amount .?
