Tata Sky — Facing signal problem since today afternoon(11-Mar-2015)

I am facing signal related issue since today afternoon. HD channels and some other channels i.e. Aajtak, Zee news etc are not coming. My subscriber number [protected]. The call centres are also unreachable. Tried to contact customer care since last 4-5 hours but unable to contact. Everytime getting msg that "number is busy please try again". Really worst service from tatasky. I have seen since last 1-2 years that company doesn't care about their existing customers... going to throw out tatasky set top box and antenna.. We have 15 connections in my friend circle and all are going to surrender the connections and going for other companies.... (

Same Problem here and when calling their helpline numbers, the number "[protected]" is getting as "invalid" and their other number "[protected]" no answer, no matter how many time called.
Horrible Service!!!... again tried to contact the tata sky's customer care on both numbers "[protected], [protected]" but no use. ... not even courtesy to send SMS for non availability of services... Really pathetic service...

Worst customer service from the brand of Tata. Not at all able to reach their customer care. Waited more than half an hour in call, the recorded voice keep on asking us to wait and they will transfer the call to the customer care executive (note that the customer care number is not toll free)


I tried more than 100 times, then only it reached up to that level. Online custome care chat also in offline. cotacted the reginal office, they tranfered the call to someone who didn't pick the call at all. the phone keep on rining more than 15 mins.


Still unable to reach their customer care. Never ever faced such a poor response from any service providers in my life.
Been a valued customer for at least 4 years. This is worst experience from tata sky I am experiencing. From 11 March 2015 I am not getting any signal in my TV's (have a secondary connection as well from tatasky). Moreover pathetic customer service (IVR reaches no where).

Lines are busy or ring keeps going on. Did not expect this from tatasky.

3 days trying to reach them (SMS NS to what ever number) does not work. Nobody ever gets back.

I would like hear from them today otherwise. I would be disconnecting both the connections and moving to the other competitors
If the tatasky is being notified on this, why appropriate measures have been taken???
