I'm really really disappointed with the Tata Sky service. Not only regarding recharges, but with the silly technical issues, fake information and promises given on customer service calls, and some inappropriate manner of talks on customer care calls too. The customer assistants do not even know what's going on on the call and what's showing up on the app. Just to end up the call asap, I've been provided wrong informations. It's been 7, 8 years I'm using Tata Sky, instead of paying my recharge before time, my account has been ended up 8-10 days earlier. Most of the times, even when climate is highly heated in summers, signals are unavailable and I'm shown that due to heavy rains there's no signal. Many times my account, is been added unwanted channels and services without informing me and without letting me know. This leads in my account deduction. And I'm at loss.
Really fedup with Tata Sky. I'm not only the one with such complaints. The store from where I recharge my account, they've already above 350-400 such complaints regarding Tata Sky.
