Tata Sky — Fake tat for installation of new connection and very rude service by dealer and call centre team | |||||
I called up to tata sky call centre for new hd connection at 9am (26/8/16) and they politely accept my request for installation between 12:30 -1:30 pm on same day, but unfortunately tat has been passed and i didn't get any call, anyhow i called to particular dealer who called me for tat, he said we will install it till 5 pm, again i called him at 6pm and he said we are not free now we will install it tomorrow, when i said sir now this is the condition what can i expect after installation he said "ok sir if you want i can cancel your installation" which is weird thing from such a big brand, requesting stake holders to pplease help!!
