[Resolved] Tata Sky — False billing | |||||
I am tatasky user company have given me a special yearly plan but before completing one year complany have deactivated my subscription 2 week earlier and after that i have recharge my tatasky they started false billing with automatically activating HD channels, I haven't subscribed for HD channels and they start deducting my amount, I have complied about it and still they haven't deactivated. Oct 3, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They only switched off the HD channels . That's all. Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your grievance and reimbursing any additional amount deducted.
