Tata Sky — false deduction | |||
Hi. There is something wrong with the tata sky customer service team..thier is a no of your company service executive ie.[protected].he was giving missed call on my no.4-5 times in a day i didnt pick the call bcoz i hv true caller whch shows it is a spam, i forgot about that.today i saw my balance which is for tommorow only.and my monthly charges is showing more then 500.how it is possible... You peoples are started doing fraud.. May be you are completing your targets for the month.. I am feeling that i am cheated by you peoples This is not a way you are dealing with customers.there is always problem with u guys.where is my money.how many times it supposed that i recharge my account..this is my hardwork earnings i am not going to waste on your faulty and useless services..there are many complaints regarding that no already placed on complaint portals Even it is showing picture of your employee on true caller..may be you are not training your employees with good business practices.. This shows that you people are trying to complete your targets by pressurizing team to made it done by hook or crook.. In previous month u said in ads that there is upgradation so services may be rendered we under stood that now what..i want that this complaint should be in notice of your hiegher authorities..and i want my subscription as it was Was this information helpful? | |||
