Tata Sky — Fault did not rectified as my connection is under warranty period | |||||
I have complaint to Tata sky on 07/02/2016 with reference to work order no. MQCDM3T vide my customer ID No.[protected] but without rectify the fault my complaint has been closed on 10/02/2016, It is done unjustified with me because my tata sky connection is under warranty period. please advice me what further step we should be taken so that technician of tata sky attend to rectify the fault. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will investigate your complaint and take necessary steps to provide resolution.
