Tata Sky — faulty charges | |
I few months ago i was wrongly charged rs.800 on my account. This amount went in balance because we deactivated our account almost a year back. I few days back i partially recharged my account by rs.300 and then realised this debited balance because i was still minus by rs.500. After contacting customer care once i wrote complaints here and got a call by customer care today. So i talked to them again, but this time it was a ridiculous conversation. I told them about my situation of my account being charged wrongly even after deactivating my account After putting me on hold for a long time they said these are relocation charges. We relocated 2 years back and apparently they are charging us now for it. So i told them that. He put me on hold again and said these are charges of a technican who came home. On telling him we paid him in cash, he told us we should not do that since our account is charged for this. Now where is this written? And why did he change his statement about the charges again? I am completely put off by the behavior of tata sky for a small amount at this for them. And wrongly changing their statement, clearly lying and finding reasons to steal from their customers.
