Tata Sky — faulty set top box provided even after charging heavy amount of service charges

before 15 days our set top box stopped working, then the company's technician came and changed it worked properly just for few hours and and company asked us to recharge with 520 and they charged 645 for the so-called service and again the box began having problems and now company 's technician is asking to take help from company itself. and now we are clueless what to do of this company which charges heavily for the service but doesn't provide it and cheats the cusomers
