My Firestick was replaced as I complained of Tata Play Binge app not working. After the change from Tata Sky to Tata Play, Binge app stopped working. I raised a complaint and a technician came and took the firestick away, saying he will fix it. No one returned for 2 days and I called Tata Play again and a day later the Tech came onsite and said he will replace the firestick as it was a Tata play app issue.
One month after the firestick was replaced, I got a call from Tata play saying I will be charged for the device, and I wasnt even given a chance to question and they hung up on me.
All apps on the firestick were working and it was only the Binge app which was not. They replaced the device unable to fix the app issue and I am being charged for it.
I want my refund of INR 2, 499 or my old firestick returned. Was this information helpful? |
