[Resolved] Tata Sky — For not stopping services of active games and kids pack | |||
I am using Tata sky since 2007 on my previous id and since 2013 on id # [protected] I am trying to stop your active games and kids pack since the free offer of your 10th anniversary. After that I am not able to stop these services. I have called your customer service no and given request for 5 to 6 times to stop but that hasn't stop and I call again and they have confirmed the same that service has been stopped from your end but I can still view these channels they confirmed that you have not to pay extra for this then at the time of recharge I was shocked to see that you have include the charges of these services as well. I am pissed off with your services they give me excuse that I have given request through missed call but I can verified it through my Telecom service provider that I hasn't given any missed call and this is your system error for which I am suffering from it. It is effecting my child behavior in not able to block these services and loss to me financially and mentally. You also have recordings of my calls for giving requests again and again. Today as well for your information I have given request to stop these services they have confirmed the same but still I can see these channels and use services. Plz confirm to me that what will be the solution for this and compensate me on my financial and mental loss. Or I will go for an alternate dth or set top box service provider. I have received below mail from Tatasky as per them they have dropped the packs in below mail but they're still on. Haven't stopped yet and then they claimed that I have given missed call to start it again I am pissed off from Tatasky
Plz suggest me what to do I can send images or videos as proof

We would like to inform you Actve Smart Games Rs 2 Per Day Pack and Kids Monthly Sep16 Pack has been dropped on 14/11/2016 however the same was activated through missed call previously whenever the pack is dropped by our executive as per your request, hence the charge are valid and we will not be able to extend subscription credit.
The account balance is Rs.117.16/- available as on 14/11/2016. You need to renew it by 17/11/2016.
