[Resolved] Tata Sky — fraud payment of set top box | |||
An agent named mahendra came from tata sky to fix the set-top box and informed that it needs to be changed. He told that the price is 1450 for the new one. We paid him that amount, he changed the device and went. After some time, our connection was discontinued. After checking with tata sky agency they informed that they have not received the payment of device so they deducted the amount from my recharge of 500 because that agent mahendra didn't submit the money to the agency. They also informed that the new device only costs 400. I mean what sort of "customer service is this"? Was this information helpful? | |||
