Tata Sky — Fraudulent offers and poor customer service | |||
I received a call from tata sky customer service on 1 june 2016 providing me an offer to recharge my account with ~50% off discounted price. Since i was out of station i confirmed that i shall be contacting them on sunday to know the details. Today (5 june 2016) when i contacted them today morning i was told that i can recharge my existing scheme (Dhamaal mix) at 1, 300 rs. For a year. Later on transferring the funds to my tata sky account the entire story was changed through different excuses like the offer is not valid in the city (Jaipur) i reside, the offer given to me was for 1, 800 rs. Etc. Despite making a complaint with the team (No. Pc61ox5) from my past experiences, i am sure of getting no positive response. Therefore, either i would like my money refunded or my account deactivated if the offered services are not applied to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
