[Resolved] Tata Sky — HD and English packs discontinued without intimation | |||
Hi, I am tata sky customer from last 5 years. this year i faced a serious non compliance issue with tata sky. They changed my tata sky setup box for the third time recently for 1500/- informing that i'll be getting a one year free subscription to HD channels but they didn't informed me that those money which they credited for one year free subscription to HD channels are getting deducted for some previously activated pack for english channel. Now they're not accepting instead they're asking me to recharge for another 500/- for subscription to HD channel. This is such a issue of misguiding someone for some extra money every year. This is regarding the same issue which i raised it on consumer complaint forum, you may check the history to get the context.
on 25th Nov, i got a call from back end team from Hyderabad saying please recharge with 510/- and we will apply annual HD pack from back end as the complaint was regarding the same.
on 3rd Dec, i recharged for my base pack renewal as well as for the said amount 510/-, but till now no communication has been made to me from back end that how you will activate the HD pack, inspite of that i'm tired of calling customer support for their help in raising another complaint, i hope they did raise the complaint but my question remain same ... when will HD pack got activated.
I'm tired of pathetic customer service response and false statement by your agents, better i would switch to any other DTH service.
P.S.- I'm tata sky customer from last 5+ years, i'm not sure how you treat old customers but this is what i'm now sick of it.
Request you to please escalate as much as possible to get the work done at the earliest as it is a long prevailing issue now.
