Tata Sky — Hd set top box not functioning

I S.Mukherji, have upgraded our Ordinary Set Box to a HD Set Top box which is NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECT.My subscriber id. is [protected].I had complained on the phone on you help line number, they had sent a technician, but he could not set the Set Top Box right.My contact number is [protected] and my email id.is [protected]@gmail.com.I would appreciate a Speedy Action.

Since November 2014 I have been requesting our service provider to attend to the fault in my set top box.
I was given a replacement box and charged for it.The replacement box worked for two days and then stopped functioning. I called the service provider and he replaced the box with another one which is also defective. I was told by the service provider that they are not getting any replacements for defective HD set top boxes and he cannot do anything.
I am having an annual pack with you and have five connections in the house.My customer ID is [protected].
Kindly look into the problem and redress my grievance as soon as possible.
