[Resolved] Tata Sky — helping customers wrong and not delivering as promised | |||
My tata sky wasn't working and when called customer care they guided me with troubleshooting which was completely wrong and didn't knew how to fix it and said ur set up box or remote is not working and i said my remote is working and i can see lights but they told u need to get technician to fix it. Upon technician visit there was no fault in the or remote or set up box. When i called customer care both the executives confirmed that the service charge of 225 rs will be waived off as it's not a technical problem. This is on record and i can sent the recordings to you. I had similar bad experience s with tata sky on ac deductions.. U misguide people and sent the techinicans to charge customers unnecessarily. Today when i was told no balance will be deducted then why my account was deactivated and upon that customer care asks me to recharge again and they will further deduct the remaining balance which is insane. I have called you to fix my problem you are fixing your problem by again charging me.. Please get the issue resolved and refund my account with 225 rs or happy to disconnect it forever, i don't want such unprofessional conduct and false commitment being made to customer and slowly deducting the balances.
