[Resolved]  Tata Sky — hidden charges collected on relocation tata sky id [protected]

I have raised request for relocation of my TATA SKY dish within the city as I changed my house. Firstly on helpline I was informed that it will cost you Rs 300/- and they take address of my both houses . Next day on a TATA sky employee called me and asked for de installation and relocation and he de install and asked me to go to New house as another employee will visit you . Till that time nobody informed me that de installation cost is additional Rs 200. When I again call customer care they confirmed that your re installation request is raised and Rs 300 will be cut from your account. I agreed and the employee visited and install it. Also 10 metres wire was used as additional wire and it also cost Rs 120 and that employee inform me that your account will be debited by Rs 420 and I agreed. When I recharge my account with 700/- I found that total 620/- is debited with my account and on asking to helpline they informed me that it is standard that we charge Rs 200 for de installation.. At that time I came to know about this hidden charges. I complained to customer care but they are not listening to my complaints . My concern is why I have not been inform in advance that Rs 200 will be charged extra . I also had call recording where no information of Rs 200 is mentioned whereas all details of reinstall was taken in advance.
I think they are cheating us .
