This complain is about the high handed behavior of the Tata Sky DTH service providers, it is been 5 days since I have been complaining of disruption of the Tata Sky DTH signal at my house, and every day I have called them at six to seven times a day, and after a patient wait for their call center executive to respond to my call (which itself takes a good 3 to 4 minutes) I have been repeatedly been promised to get the same rectified in 24 hrs, but I have failed to get any response form their service centre, yesterday again I called the service centre and after a lot of deliberation and I was put on to Mr. Ganesh, supposedly their Manager, after which their service centre attendant did call and told us that their technician would come by 6:30 in the evening and the technician did call at 6:40 inquiring on the address, and while explaining him the best approach to come to our house, he disconnected and shut of the phone, later I called the Tata Sky's personnel Mr. Ganesh about the same informing him the same, after which at around 7:30 pm I received a call from the same technician promising me that he would visit in the next half hour, sadly no one has turned up, nor has anyone bothered to update us about our complaint.Today morning I sent a message to Mr. Ganesh on his mobile relating my predicament, so far I have not received any reply Was this information helpful? |
