[Resolved]  Tata Sky — I am complaining about signal issue

There's a problem in box. Every month a complaint will be taken and charge 150 rs. Again the next month same problem and again they charge 150 rs. This is the case since last 4 months. Why can't you fix this at once. Are you deliberately not providing the signal to take that 150 rs again and again from the customer. Worst service ever. The set top box is unable to receive the signal. This happens almost every month and i payed almost 4 consecutive months. Now it happened again
