Tata Sky — I am complaint against the tata sky service

I recharage my tata sky id with rs 270 for every month & before last recharage they provide me eglish move pack free of cost & said i[censored] do not want it. Kindly recharage with rs.270 damaal pack which is my regular pack. & they do not drooped eglish move pack & charged me extra amount. My tata sky id is [protected] & complaint number was[protected].
