Tata Sky — I complained about tata sky but no action taken

Day before yesterday, I complaint about Tata sky that My Tata sky set top box is not receiving signal . They said that a technician will come in two hours, but no technician came . The next day, I called Tatasky again and said that the set top box is not receiving signal. They again said that the technician will come in two hours but no technician came.From then I have called 5-10 times but there is not any action taken.
