[Resolved] Tata Sky — i have recharged tatasky account for yearly plan, but got deactivated without any information in just 9 months.

I am using tata sky from long time. Last year on 16th sept 2018, i got a call from tata sky's executive that you can avail special yearly plan of rs. 1859 and i recharged for the same. But suddenly on 23rd of june 2019, without any information, my account got deactivated before the completion of 1 year.
And tatasky customer care is not even accepting my complaint request.
