My customer ID is [protected]. I am not able to see any channel since last 2 days. I have been trying to contact help on[protected]Surprisingly this is not toll free) Lost almost 65Rs but no result. This system of customer care is very very poor. Why the cmoney backstomer should pay the rental and package charge when the service is not available? The service provider should proactively wave-off the rental for this period. Most important bring the service back to normal as fast as possible...
