[Resolved] Tata Sky — Incorrect information about recharge amount, | |||||
My cust id:- [protected].. I have called today i. E. On 23rd may 2016 on tata sky toll free number-[protected] on 4:27 pm and talked with customer care support agent (Mr. Pritesh) on 4:31 pm. He informed me to recharge by rs 4470/- for renewal of same packs to my account. Once i recharged my account by rs 4470 and called again customer care they told me you have to rechrage by another rs 425/- to renew the same packages. Why should i pay another rs 425/-.Inform urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||
