Tata Sky — Installation not done after payment

Hi, My tata sky installation is not completed and by the time of payment they said installation can be on the same day of day after tomorrow for sure. when i am calling them when will be my installation done then they are saying it will be day after tomorrow again on tomorrow. what is wrong with Tata Sky brand ? I was happy when videocon D2H guy said installation will be on the same day anyhow. Theare are no assurity no contact person on Tata Sky side ? nodel officer not picking up call as this is sunday. so whom should i contact what will be the solution ?
