Tata Sky — Is not working at sec 74

This complain about tata sky services are not available and they are not giving back to my mony
The services are not available in my area, while its good sector all other cable operator is working fine at this location.
My question is why you are doing fake advertisement and taking money from our side while you are not able to deliver the services at noida sec 74
Please revert my tata sky equipment cost, as you are not able to something for this
