I have been using tata sky connection since 2017... Somewhere in 2018 i relocated and relocation installation of tata sky was done by tata sky people only... Now here is some issues with the connection and that needs a technician visit to check the alignment of the dish or wearing... For which i need to pay for technician visit and cost of the hardware...
As installation was waranted for a year...
So i do not understand when installation was done by tatasky then why should i pay for technician visit... As i have already paid for installation...
So sir this is not the way of doing business you still need to learn how to do business... I will think that i have paid money to begger tata's... Who does not have courage to take responsibilities of their own product... Was this information helpful? |
